Four boys arrested on suspicion of arson after a fire swept through a construction site have been released without charge.
Three 15-year-old boys and a 12-year-old boy were arrested on September 11 in connection with the incident. All have been released with no further action being taken against them.
A witness had reported seeing two youths run from the scene shortly before the fire was noticed on September 10.
They are described as in their mid-teens. One was about 5ft 2inches tall and the other 5ft tall with brown hair.
More than 100 firefighters were called to tackle the blaze in Gershwin Road.
Up to 40 residents living on Gershwin Road and Lehar Close were evacuated and not allowed to return for over 12 hours.
The fire destroyed the partially-built development. The site was part of a Saxon Weald Extra Care scheme which comprised of 64 flats for over 60s with care needs.
Detectives are still investigating the arson.
