A WOMAN was robbed in an Asda car park last month, prompting an appeal for information from police.The incident occurred at the supermarket, in Brighton Hill, at around 12.35pm on Monday, February 22.
A 64-year-old woman was returning her trolley and was approached by another woman who spoke to her. As she returned to her car she noticed a man walking away from her vehicle. She then realised her handbag was open and three credit cards missing – as she approached the man he threw two of the cards on the floor and ran off.The man and woman both left in a blue vehicle.
The woman is described as Eastern European, aged in her 20s, 5ft tall, average build with dark hair and a dark coloured hat.
The man is described as Eastern European, in his late 20s, 5ft 8ins tall with a stocky build and wearing a light coloured hat.
