A 13-year-old girl was left shaken and disturbed after an incident on Monday August 2.

The girl was walking along Harrow Way towards Brighton Hill, Basingstoke, at around 4pm when a black car drove past and driver sounded the horn. The car turned around at Viables Roundabout back towards the girl. As the car passed for the second time the driver shouted out to the girl.
