A 23-year-old man who died in a fatal crash on the A339 on July 24 has been named as Wesley Botha. The soldier from Bedfordshire collided with a tractor whilst travelling north towards Basingstoke. He died at North Hampshire Hospital. The tractor driver, a 16-year-old boy from Basingstoke, was uninjured.
