A Basingstoke charity hopes more than 2,000 ladies will take to the borough’s streets for a Midnight Walk later this year.St Michaels Hospice, based in Aldermaston Road, is hosting the event on Saturday, September 4 after the success of last year’s trek. In 2009, more than 1,200 ladies helped raise £125,000 for the hospice by walking 11miles through the boundaries of Basingstoke.
