Tadley look forward to the new season under Kelly

Tadley Rugby Club is buzzing with excitement ahead of the new season, according to chairman Roger Moffat.

Former Basingstoke head coach Jim Kelly has been appointed as the new director of rugby for the side, who play in the Southern Counties North league.  Ex-Harlequins prop Kelly has experienced success at a higher level with London Scottish, leading them to a number of promotions.

Tadley, who finished ninth last year, face a tough start to the season, with a home game against 2011 runners up Aylesbury.

"As we near the start of the new season it is no understatement to say that the club is buzzing with anticipation," said chairman Moffat.  "The committee have been working hard behind the scenes to create the best environment for the highest standards of rugby, as well as managing the final touches to the clubhouse and the ongoing management of the club.  We are looking forward to a great new season."
