If you are looking for laughs this month, why not head over to the Laughter House on the 11th October and enjoy a night of comedy that is sure to be a lot of fun.
Headlining is Andy Askins, a talented musician with a captivating voice who has re-written popular songs and given them a perverse twist to tremendous comic effect.
With a wickedly dry sense of humour, Andy’s darker material is sweetened by his innocent and impish demeanour which never fails to leave audiences in the palm of his hand. With impeccable timing, the inventive and quirky songs are peppered with inspired patter – the material is as strong as the songs and delivered in an inimitable modest and self-deprecating style.
Also featuring is top stand up from Nico Yearwood. Originally from the tropical island of Barbados, Nico has been setting the London comedy circuit alight with his unique blend of Caribbean flavoured comedy. Whether he is delivering hilarious stories about growing up in Barbados or his new life in London, his laid back style and charm immediately win audiences over and leave them wanting more. He is always a crowd favourite.
MC will be Phil Dinsdale and they will all be joined by Jan Jack and Mike Cox.
The event will be held at the Apollo Hotel who will be hosting a happy hour from 6pm. Tickets are available from the hotel reception or online at www.laughterhousecomedy.club.
