Basingstoke ObserverIN a move to drive sales of its high performance UV disinfection systems, Whitchurch based JenAct has announced the appointment of Michael Elrington to Sales Manager.
Michael joined parent company Jenton two years ago as Sales Engineer responsible for the complete sales cycle of the company’s food processing automation equipment and UV disinfection systems.
During this time, he also helped develop JenAct’s innovative GRU-V Jet ceiling mounted UV air disinfection system for food processing plants.
Prior to joining Jenton, Michael was Sales Engineer for machine vision business ClearView Imaging which specializes in industrial cameras, lighting and vision systems.
In his new role, Michael will further drive sales of JenAct’s UV disinfection systems whilst working on sector specific related projects and collaborating with customers to develop bespoke solutions.
Jenton MD, Richard Little commented: “We are delighted to announce Michael’s promotion to Sales Manager for JenAct. Despite joining us at the beginning of the pandemic, he has become an invaluable member of the team, is great with customers and shown significant technical ability.
As a result, we are confident he will help further develop our proven UV disinfection product range and grow sales in both existing and untapped markets.”
