Basingstoke ObserverTHE Basingstoke Gang Show is returning to The Haymarket in February 2023 and you could be centre stage.
Celebrated as one of the longest running and bestselling amateur productions in Basingstoke, the Gang Show welcomes previous cast and new Cubs, Scouts, Guides, Rangers and Explorers to audition in one of the Gang Show workshop days.
A spokesperson explained: “As a successful member of the Gang you will experience six months of: working with a diversely talented group of people with a set goal to create, perform and entertain audiences with our latest variety show spectacular; building amazing friendships throughout this unique, once in a lifetime opportunity; effectively learning new skills and building on existing ones; being part of a completely different activity that Scouting and Guiding have to offer; being a part of raising money and supporting our chosen charity
The variety of content the show provides includes sensational songs, smart choreography and laugh out loud comedy sketches. Basingstoke Gang Show is known for breaking the boundaries and remaining relevant, slick and confident.”
If you would like to take part, auditions are being held at Everest Community Academy, Oxford Way, Basingstoke from 10am – 4pm on Sunday 15 May for surnames A-L and on Sunday 22 May for surnames M-Z.
